Dawn Lockhart, President and CEO

Dawn is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating all aspects of the Family Foundations organization. Dawn has worked for Family Foundations for over 20 years. She started as the first employee of Consumer Credit Counseling and has led the agency to the success we enjoy today. Dawn lives with her husband Bruce and daughter Rachel in the Mandarin area.

Christina Black, Executive Vice President

Christina leads all the Finance and Administrative areas of Family Foundations. Christina has worked for Family Foundations for almost 4 years. Her impressive credentials include a Masters of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant and Juris Doctor. Christina lives with her 4 cats in the Southside.

Theresa Campbell, Vice President, Consumer Credit Counseling Services

Teresa has just joined Family Foundations to lead the Consumer Credit Counseling Services division. Teresa has extensive experience in this area, both in the nonprofit and private sector. Teresa is the proud mother of her son, Patrick and lives with her husband John in the Mandarin area.

Martha Cox, Vice President, Resource Development

Martha joined the Family Foundations team in 2006 to lead the fundraising for the organization. Martha brings over 20 years of experience in the private sector and over 15 years serving as a volunteer for nonprofit organizations to Family Foundations. Martha and her husband Jim live with their son Ryan in Murray Hill.

Bill Kintz, Vice President, Community Asset Development

Bill was promoted to Vice President Community Asset Development this year. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, he is well qualified to lead this important work. Bill has been with Family Foundations for 7 years and has spent his career in social services. Bill lives with his daughter, Jaime in the Southside area.
