Family Foundations is delighted to recognize CSX on National Philanthropy Day. CSX is fully committed to our community and shows their corporate philanthropy includes direct financial support to local nonprofits, encouragement of their employees to volunteer, and to contribute through United Way. CSX support has made a huge difference to Family Foundations' ability to impact families in Jacksonville by providing Board Members, general operating support and program specific support. Thanks to CSX, Family Foundations was able to serve over 6,000 families in the past year and to meet our mission of building strong, financially secure families.

For Protect Your Identity Week, Family Foundations hosted a free shredding event for Jacksonville. Wachovia Bank graciously let us use their parking lot at the South Mandarin Branch. Cintas is the national partner for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling's Protect Your Identity Week. Over 250 people came with boxes and bags filled with documents and every one was shredded onsite!
