Purses and Portfolios
is a women’s fiscal mentorship program which builds the
capacity of professional women to become financially
self-sufficient and inspire their future capacity to give.
The financial education curriculum integrates leadership
development with economics, philanthropy and personal finance
and serves as a catalyst to assure economic success for
future women leaders.
Hosted by the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University,
this 10 hour curriculum covers a range of topics related to
personal finance, including:

- Retirement, Education, Risk, Estate - What to Consider
- Marriage, Divorce, Children
- Building Wealth
- Giving Back

Ultimately, we want all the corporate women in Jacksonville who have
the desire for financial literacy to have the opportunity to
graduate from Purses and Portfolios.
The Financial Planning Association of Jacksonville,
Faculty from the Davis College of Business
at Jacksonville University and
Charles Wilmott, Esquire,
Board Certified Attorney in marital and family law
all assist with curriculum support and delivery.
